Huub Janssen
Co founder and CEO
Huub Janssen studies Business Economics at Fontys University Eindhoven. He was previously employed by JBA, the Global Supplier of the System 21 ERP application (now Infor). As an entrepreneur he founded (1997) IBS Nederland BV as the Dutch reseller of the Swedish IBS group. In 2003 he sold his stocks to IBS Sverige AB and from that time on concentrated fully on SAP applications and projects. His entire career has been focussed on understanding the influence of MRP and ERP in complex supply chains. The most emerging and prospective area of our industry lies now with Supply Chain Optimization as an integral part of ERP. Huub has been a member of the team since 2007.
Prof. Dr. A.G. de Kok
Co founder and CTO
Graduated at the Rijksuniversiteit Leiden, The Netherlands in Mathematics and Economics in 1981. Attained the doctorate (Ph.D. degree) in 1985 from the Free University of Amsterdam. Thereafter he joined the Centre for Quantitative Methods (CQM) of Philips Electronics in Eindhoven, The Netherlands as consultant in Operations Research. During 5 years he participated in over 20 client projects in the field of logistics and production management. The client projects were spread across all major fields of activity of Philips Electronics, ranging from telephone exchanges and equipment for scanning organs (Magnetic Resonance) to coffeemakers, TV-sets and glass bulbs. In 1990 he became Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). From 1990-1992 he was a teaching professor at Boston University Brussels. In 1990 he was appointed Manager Logistics Innovation of Philips Consumer Electronics. Since 1991 he is a parttime professor Industrial Mathematics at the Eindhoven University of Technology and since 1992 full time professor Operations Management at the same university. He is the director of the European Forum on Global Supply Chain Management at Eindhoven University of Technology. His main research areas are Production Management and Supply Chain Management with emphasis on quantitative analysis. In this area he published over 40 papers in international and national journals.
